You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program. This newsgroup is used to answer technical questions
regarding the use and programming of the database.

I would also suggest that in the future you proofread any requests for
employment for proper spelling and word usage. It does make a
difference in whether or not you will weather the hiring process,
especially if you are looking for work experience.

A commendable effort there fredq on educating the young and also correct
usage of the word ‘weather’/’weather’ in both instances!
The chances of getting a work experience placement at MS when you are under
16 would be rather slim I would expect due to the petite time you would be on
a placement there for (2weeks)
