Words plugin

I'm not sure if i use a suitable subject and put at the correct position..
I'm trying to develop something like below in .NET .. any one can give me comment on this?

-->i would like to let user can insert object in MS Word and when the user double click the object, an editor for that object(which is also my application) will start and let user edit it.. like what a excel file can do in Word... then now .. what am i going to do with my code??
