Wordpad Program Disappeared

For some unknown reason, Wordpad disappeared from my list of Accessory
Programs. I checked the registry and it was there. As a result, I can't
open any programs which were written with Wordpad. I have Windows XP Home
Edition with SP2. Any help would be appreciated.

Arthur,

Please try:
Start > Run. Type in WORDPAD and click OK. See if Wordpad opens.

Also, WordPad by default is stored in C:\Program Files\Windows
NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe. If WORDPAD run when you open it through Run
command, please go to the above location "C:\Program Files\Windows
NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe" and create a shortcut and put that short cut
back into the Accessories folder.

Let me know if you have any troubles doing that. :)

Sorry, Jabez.....I did a search and couldn't even find the directory you
mentioned. Also, when I typed 'wordpad' into the RUN, I got nothing. I
would appreciatre any other suggestions you may have.
