Are these the new Clear Type fonts from a non-Microsoft vendor? If you have
successfully imported them into all operating systems, they should be
automatically included in WordArt font selections, by default. All should be
visible for printing. If this is not a standard font, it could be a problem
by design. You might contact the vendor who provided or created the font for
a more specific workaround. Sometimes they'll have the information available
through a link, at the main page, if the problem is common enough.

IIRC, WordArt can't use PostScript fonts, either.

Hi Catherine,

What fonts are you using and what type are they?

There are a couple of approaches you can try.

1. If the fonts can be embedded type in the document
at least 1 character of text in the document using
each font (you can format the font color to white)
before using the Font embedding choice in Tools=>Options=>Save.
WordArt, being a drawing object doesn't fully tie in to
the Font Embedding/Font Substitution checking in Word,
so using the font somewhere in the body of the document
can 'install' the font for use in someones computer that
doesn't have the font if they're allowing that action.
Note though that embedding a font can grow your file size
considerably.

-or-

2. Save a copy of your Word document then working with
a copy of the document selecte the WordArt object and
use Ctrl+X to cut it then immediately Edit=>Paste Special
and paste it back in as a picture (PNG or Enhanced Metafile
will give fairly clear renderings of a WordArt object in
most cases). Word creates a graphic of each WordArt object
in a similar manner when you use either File=>Web page preview
or File=>Save as web page. The advantage or disadvantage here
(depending on your needs) is that the WordArt object won't
be editable by folks receiving your file.
