changing font gives me only symbols

I have created a flyer and I used the Feltpoint font. However, when anyone
else opens it, they only see symbols. So I want to change my font but all
the other fonts (including the basic ones - Times New Roman and Arial, do not
work. They all show up as characters or symbols. Please help!

I'm not familiar with that font, but this sounds like the problem discussed in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290978.

Make a copy of the document -- put the original aside for safekeeping in case
the procedure doesn't work -- and run the macro in the article.
