Word Wrap in Printed Month Calendar

Until a couple weeks ago, when I printed a 2-page monthly calendar (one month
on 2 pages), appointment entries with more text than could fit on one line
would wrap to show the entire text of the entry. But for some reason it quit.
Now when I print these calendars in the 2-page monthly format, only one line
of text prints, BUT, the next appointment of the day is spaced far enough
down in the box to accomodate the text of the previous appointment, as if
it's expecting that previous entry to wrap. This spacing is irregular, more
lines for entries with more text, fewer lines for entries with less text, and
no lines when no wrap would be required due to very little text. My only
solution at this time is to borrow a co-worker's PC to print the calendar,
because the wrap feature works on everyone else's computer but mine. (Since
we use Exchange, I can access the calendar(s) I need to print in this format
from other PC's.) It shouldn't be an issue of different software versions or
different hardware, because we all use the same. Again, this used to work
fine and now it doesn't, and I've racked my brain and every menu and sub-menu
I can find in Outlook to try to resolve it.

I have the same problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it with any menu
options. When it happens, I use the "Help --> Detect and Repair..." menu
option and it is repaired for a while. I haven't been able to figure out
what triggers it to happen -- it's happened 3 or 4 times now since I've had
Outlook 2003.

Anyone know a better way?
