What's the easiest way to turn a Word "labels" file into an Excel file
 
Assuming that the labels file is in a table, just click TABLE in the menu and
click SELECT, TABLE.

Press <Ctrl> + C to copy the entire table and <Alt> + <Tab> back to your
target Excel file and either click PASTE or press <Ctrl> + V.
