Word templates box - how do you turn off preview

Not all document templates preview I would like to turn off the preview
option for the template box -(file, new, templates on my computer) Officd 2003

You can't remove the option from the dialog box. The preview is set in the
individual file. you can add or remove it by opening the *.dot file in Word,
then changing the corresponding text box in File/Properties/Summary.
