Word template on network does not paginate the same for other user

I created a word template and saved it to a shared folder on our network.
When I open it as a template or as a Word Document the pagination is fine;
when other users open it, the pagination is not the same. Why is this
happening? I don't want users to have to unlock the form to correct the
pagination and then lock it again to use it as a form. I did read where
someone suggested to make sure that under Tools, Templates that the
"Automatically update document styles" is not checked and mine is not.

If the different computers are using different printer drivers, this can
happen -- see http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm. The
solution is to install the same driver on all the computers.

Can Printer drivers affect even just the view aspect of a document? Even
when other users just pull up the document from where it is saved, just as I
do, their pagination is different than mine.

Yes, Word bases its display of the document on information from the
currently active printer. The whole idea of being WYSIWYG is to show you
what will print using current settings.
