Word-spaces within words when printing but not on monitor

Spaces are appearing within words in the text, ex.,
f orward. These spaces appear when printed but do not
appear on the monitor. We have tried printing the same
document from 6 computers with 3 computers printing the
exact same way (10+ spaces within words), two computers
printed the document ok except for two instances of the
spacing, and one computer printed it OK.

Any ideas or suggestions?

This is most likely a printer driver issue. Either delete and reinstall the
printer or download an updated driver from the manufacturer's Web site.
