Word Runtime error

After opening word and working for about ten minutes or so I get kicked out
and the following error window apprears:

Visual C++ runtime Librbary
Runtime Error.

Any help?

Loyd,
Do you have all of the SP2 updates as well as the" Word Update"? A
security patch for Word was released by Microsoft a short time back. If you
do not have all the updates or SP2 you should go to Windows Updates. BEST OF
LUCK.
