Word page margins

When I set my page margins for Word to, for example, 2cm, for some reason Word then puts the margin as 2cm + 0.9cm whenever I print the document
It does that with all my documents, adding that 0.9cm automatically

Can someone please tell me why it does that, if it can be changed or whether its a standard function which I must make allowance for???

Is there a gutter setting? Does your paragraph style have an indent? If
neither applies, perhaps the printer driver or feed is responsible?
