word or resume wizzard

i am trying to post reumes and type resumes and all i can get is notepad. i
don't like it it doesn't give me the options i used to get from word also i
would like to find resume wizzard since it has been along time since i've
done one but i can't find that either. i have wind. xp prof. version 2002.
please help i need a job!
 
I guess you need to install Microsoft office onto your system. Microsoft
office has Word and it should have resume template and wizzard.
 
when i check my programs list it says i have microsoft office but i can't
locate it.

Try Start/Run and type 'winword' in the box. Click OK.

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.

Microsoft Office comes pre-installed on new computers only when the
computer manufacturer chooses to offer it, and the purchaser is willing
to pay extra for it. If you need Word, you'll have to purchase and
install either it, Works Suite, or an Office Suite version.

For the budget-minded (who also don't need all of Word's more advanced
features), there's the free, open source OpenOffice:
