How can I extract a page that is 1 of 12 to send singularly? I have a 12 page
grant and have to send just page x of 12. Copy and paste won’t work since
there is a grayed out label/header that won’t work when using select all/copy
& paste.
 
SAVE the document, then delete pages 2 - 12 and send what's left. Then
close the document WITHOUT saving it.
