Word - Ledger Paper size sets wrong

I'm using Word 2002 SP3 and when I select paper Ledger which is 11 x 17 it
only displays the page as a little over 9 1/2 inches wide. I have to select
customer and set the size to 12.3 x 17. What gives?

Hi M.,

You didn't mention the printer type or driver version

In File=>Print=>Properties is Ledger paper listed
at that size?

In File=>Page setup what margins have you set
the ruler (depending on view) would show the
'between the lines' margin to margin width.

I'm printing to a "Kyocera Mita KM-3530" and when I go into the properties
of the printer via File>Print>Properties the size is Ledger 17x11.

The margins are Top: 1.5", Bottom: 1.5", Left: 1" and Right: 1"
