Word is not keeping list of Recent Documents

Throuh the Word Options + Advanced command, I have set the program to display
a list of recent documents. When I have Word open, it displays the list.
However, after I shut Word down and restart it, the list is gone. Any idea
why Word would be clearing my Recent Documents list? I checked the Add-in
tab to see if there are any utilities that are doing this, and all I have is
the "remove hidden data" menu command, which I think is native to Word. Any
ideas? Thanks!

Hi Buzz,

Have you tried Word Options|Resources|Diagnose? That may fix the problem.
