Word interface version

Ken

I am using a program that accesses MS Word (I have MS
Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1)). I get the following error
message:
Unable to initialize support for word Processor. Error
Details: Unable to create Word interface control. Error
was #WI CREATION ERROR - VERSION MISMATCH: Word interface
is 1.4.3.15. This version of Weblinc ESA works only with
1.4.5.5 or compatible versions.

Any idea where I can get the needed version of "Word
interface" and how to install it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken

I'm not certain about this, but I don't think this has anything to do
with what version of Word you have. The problem appears to be within
Weblinc ESA (electronic signature software) -- I suspect you have the
wrong version of some .dll file. Since SoftMed requires registration
in order to visit their support web pages
(https://support.softmed.com/orcRegistration/) I can't look up the
problem there, but presumably you can.
