Word have page 'tabs' like Excel does?

I want to move around my document like I do in Excel clicking on different
worksheet tabs. Does Word have 'tabs' to go to different parts of the
document? For example, the document has sections regarding BASIC INFO,
MARKETING, CREATING, etc. How can I go to the MARKETING section quickly to
enter info there?

No, Word does not have tabs. Try using the Document Map (on the View
menu).
