Tab-style Word document

You know how in Mozilla Firefox you can use tabs to work with multiple web
pages in the same window? Well, I was wondering if you could do the same
thing in Word. I want to have eight different tabs to go along with the eight
different sections of my document. Each section would be only about five to
six pages in length, and therefore navigating my document would be much MUCH
easier. I could just switch from tab to tab like I was selecting different
worksheets in an Excel workbook. As it is now, my document is over forty
pages long and it's quite a pain to go from chapter to chapter.

Is this possible to be done in Word?

Well that sucks!!

No, it isn't. Word does have several built-in options to speed up
navigation, however: Outline View, Document Map, and Browse Object.

The Browse Object, for instance, has a built-in Next Section command. See
also Edit | Go To.

....And having to deal with renaming little tabs in cryptic ways rather than
selecting a chapter by name from the Document Map sucks less how?

Because the Document Map and all this "Formatting a Style" nonsense is
complicated as hell!
