Word has stopped access to the Endnote 6.0 with macro security

I have been using Endnote 6.0 successfully with Word for a long time and
suddenly I cannot access Endnote. I was stopped with a message about macro
security. I was able to get around it once by resetting the security level
and restarting Word. This is now not working. Help Please.
