How do I get Word 2007 to work with Endnote X, especially CWYW?

I have just installed Microsoft Office 2007 (Home and Student version) and
whilst EndNote X (reference manager) starts, as previously with Word 2003,
when Word starts, its quick access toolbar no longer appears on the Word
toolbar and thus I cannot access the Cite While You Write (CWYW) feature in
EndNote. I've looked at EndNote's instructions for ensuring it is activated
in Word 2003, and tried to do the same in Word 2007 (i.e. ensuring smart tags
are enabled), but still the EndNote toolbar is not visible. I do hope it is
no longer compaitible with Word? This facility (EndNote and Word working so
easily together) has been a godsend!
