Hey Everyone,

Im writing scientific papers, and I previously had been using endnote (8?)
with an earlier version of word. I then purchased office 2007, and got
endnote X, but it's not working properly. I followed the instructions on the
endnote website, C&P the en10CWYW files to the word startup folder. However
the toolbar still hasn't installed into word 2007, I don't even have an
option to select the Add-in ribbon. How do you get the Add-In ribbon to
appear on the top?, when I selected the add-in option in the word options
menu, and then tryed to install the EN10 by selecting them in the word add-in
section, I got the message "parameter is incorrect". Does anyone have
experience using endnote in 2007? Thanks for the help

Are you sure you pasted to the correct folder? I just tried it (using the
..zip file on Endnote's website), and the Add-Ins tab did indeed show up,
with the corresponding EndNote sections. It should appear to the right of
the View and/or Developer tabs (if the latter is displayed).

In Vista, the Startup folder is located here:

C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
