How do I Cite using Endote. Have set macros security to LOW?

I am using Endnote X with Word 2003 and suddenly my Cite While I Write
capability is denied with the error message suggesting I reset my macro
security to low. I have done this and still cannot use the Endnote toolbar
functions. Please help. Someone said there was a patch available but I can't
find it.
