Word find compilation

In working with oral history transcriptions I would like to compile all
references to a specific word. I can get the word highlited but now I need to
commit each of these line/page references to a document. Thanks in advance

Listing every page number where a word appears? Sounds like an index to me.
Look up Create an Index in Help.

Thanks--great help--as always if you just ask the question right the answer

Yeah...I'm not sure you can get line numbers with an index, though...
