Word word filling form for different printers

Hi Guys!

I have a word document(filling form), when I print it
- in different printers or
- from different PC-s but the same printer, the position of the text changes.
I use Text Form Field (Developer Tab, Controls)

I want that the same thing to be printed in all printers.

I will appreciate any help!

I'm not sure why the text would change position on different printers - however you may have better compatibility if you save the document as a PDF as this should print identical on any machine/printer/operating system .

Margins of document changes in different printers, so text position changes.

I can not use "Text Form Field" in pdf file.

I want to protect the document, the user will write only in predefined cells.
After that he will print the document.
