word files

when i try to open any and all saved files (saved to hard drive) it tells me
that doc is not available what do i need to do be fore my wife hurts me

How are you trying to open them? If you are double clicking on the file
name, then try opening Word and browsing for the file. Or vice versa.

One of the first things to try is to reboot your computer to see if it's a
temporary glitch that's preventing you form accessing the files. If
rebooting doesn't fix the problem, then one of the solutions offered here

In the meantime, if you have a bicycle helmet, you might put it on when
talking with your wife, and make sure no sharp objects are close at hand.

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton

i have tryed both ways and get some same message. if i double click on the
