I have to set up an A4 legal document in Word according to
the following parameters :

top, bottom, left and right margins to measure 2.5cm from
edge of page - measured with a ruler.

footer (page number) to be 1,5cm from edge of the page
(measured with a ruler)

I cannot seem to achieve this set up. If I set this up in
page setup, they margins and footer still seem to be out.

PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY ???????????

I think you'd have to go to Tools, Options, General (tab)
and change the measurement units to say centimeters. The
default is inches.
