Word could not load the e-mail evelope frustrations 10/20/2005

I do appreciate the response I received re my issue with Outlook 2003 and
Word 2002:

"Word and Outlook must be the same version if you want to email directly
from Word"

....why isn't this information readily available in the Microsoft Knowledge
Base?...I could have saved much frustration trying to resolve an issue that
can not be resolved.
