Is there an update for Microsoft Word 2007 that includes the new 7th Edition
of MLA format?

No.

The good news is, the styles are open, so theoretically you could do it
yourself. That's also the bad news. You need some XSLT knowledge and
modifying an existing style can be a daunting task. If you want more
information on the subject, post back.
