Word "Copy" appears in all calendar entries

Dave M.

Using Outlook 2007 + Vista.

I imported calendar and contact data from another computer's .pst file. All
of the new Calendar entries begin with "Copy:" Is there any way to get rid of
all of instances of Copy: ??

Thank you.

I imported calendar and contact data from another computer's .pst file.

Rarely a good idea when transferring data from one Outlook to another.
Export/import always loses data. Next time, just open it with
File>Open>Outlook Data File.
All of the new Calendar entries begin with "Copy:" Is there any way to get
rid of
all of instances of Copy: ??

Display the calendar in a table view, sort by subject, select everything with
"Copy" in it, and press Delete.

That's a new feature added by SP2 - it was added so corporate users who copy
appointments from shared calendars know its not the original.

Copy the pst to the new computer next time, don't import. You'll need to
edit each subject line or close the pst and open a copy of the pst from the
other computer.
