HI

I have a Word document with several columns and rows. The different
rows do not have the same number of columns. After some time using the
document it now starts to 'slide'. That is, the right column edge
moves outside the sheet. My question is: Can I 'lock' the right edge
so it will not 'slide'? It is important that I can still have a
different number of colums in each row.
TIA
Henrik

Change the table width so that it adjusts to the document margins, and then
set a fixed column width. Here's how to do it:

Table | AutoFit | AutoFit to Window, followed by Table | AutoFit | Fixed
Column Width (Word 2003).

On the Table Tools Layout tab, click AutoFit | AutoFit Window, then click
AutoFit | Fixed Column Width (Word 2007).
