word can't save as

When i use the word save as feature,i receive a error
message:
The server is running
This operation can't be finished.The reason is the
microsft word program is busy now,please choose "switch
to..." to solve the problem.
But even i click the "switch to ..." button doesn't work
at all.
how i can fix it?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

If you are using Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in.
