When we open Word attachments from Outlook email, they
appear jumbled on the screen. Any ideas? Can it be a
wysiwyg issue? or a print driver issue? Please help.

What version of Office are we talking about here? Does it open in the
Reading Layout? If so; close it.

2003 SP3 is the Outlook version. I do not know what
reading layout is.

Thank you for your reply.
