word as email editor problem.

I have selected to have word as my email editor. When I
reply to an email I get a pop up box that tells me that
word cannot be found or that word is busy. I have done a
detect and repair with not luck of fixing the problem.
Ideas?

Which version of Outlook and word? Do you use the word viewer?
