I actually have two questions, both concerning Word 2002. The first is how
do I delete an address from the list in Word>tools>envelopes? There are many
there that I want to remove, but I can't seem to figure out how to eliminate
them. The second issue would be how can I print multiple envelopes with the
same address? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

The second part is quite easy - add an envelope to a document and print the
envelope part as many times as you want. Or use an envelope template -
you'll find some at http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm

The first part is rather more difficult as the information is stored in a
binary (non-editable) key in the registry. You can only reset the list by
deleting or renaming the settings sub key of the Word data key in the
registry. This will reset lots of other things to defaults also :( If you
insist run regedit, locate the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\Data
and delete or rename the Settings sub key. If you rename the key to (say)
OldSettings Word will create a new default key. If you think the changes a
step too far, then close Word, run regedit again. Delete the new Settings
sub key and rename OldSettings back to Settings. If you had left Regedit
running the new key will not be displayed until you press F5.
