word 97-2003 as default

Using Office Word 2007, how do I set the File Type as word 97-2003 as the
default type?

Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Save category,
for "Save files in this format," choose the "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)"
option. Click OK.
