I have some templates that were created in Word 2003 that were transfered to
Word 2007. They have drop down menus. How do I lock my drop down menus so
that i can use them without having to click on them?

I am not sure I understand the question. If you added custom toolbars to
your Word 2003 document, those will be available from the Add-Ins tab in
Word 2007.
