Word 2007- set up an icon to know that insert is on

In word 2003 there was a symbol which showed your insert function was on.
How do you set up the same or another symbol in word 2007?

Try this:

1. Right click on the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen.

2. Click to put a chekmark next to "Overtype."

It should now say "Insert" on the Taskbar. You can click on the word
"Insert" to go back and forth from Insert to Overtype mode.
