K Kara the Computer Tutor May 20, 2009 #2 Try this: 1. Right click on the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen. 2. Click to put a chekmark next to "Overtype." It should now say "Insert" on the Taskbar. You can click on the word "Insert" to go back and forth from Insert to Overtype mode. Hope that helps!
