I have an HP laptop that originally have Windows XP installed, after
upgrading it to Windows Vista Home Premium everything went well.... i
recently installed Office 2007...... i open some word file, and do some
editing on the file, when i try to 'Save' or 'Save As...' i get the message
'Not Responding'.... what could be a possible reason for this???

Did the laptop come with a trial version of Office 2007? Did you
uninstall it and/or any older versions of Office first before you
installed the final version of Office 2007? If not, this is why you are
having the problem. Uninstall everything except your new Office 2007.

No, the laptop dont include any trial of office 2007.... i was thinking maybe
the problem was, that the installation of windows Vista was an upgrade ando
not a clean installation, do you think that could be the problem???

Possibly, but I'm not an Office expert. Suggest you post in one of the
Office groups where the Office experts will know the answer and fix for you.

Here is a list of all the MS public newsgroups so you can find the right
one for your Office question:
