Word 2007 emailing document

How do I email my finished word document as an attachement to someone? This
2007 version is confusing to me. Help
 
The Office button in the top left is equivalent to the old File menu, so
....

Office Button > Send > E-mail
 
Can I email while I am still in "word"?
