need help with emailing documents in word 2007 Vista OS

Hi, hope someone can help me out. Running a Compaq Presario with Vista Home
Premium as my OS and Word 2007. I want to email documents directly from Word
2007 to email recepients using Microsoft mail. On the toolbar on top there
is an icon for emailing but it is grayed out. How do I set Word 2007 so I
can email documents straight from Word 2007 to receipients? Any help Would
Be Appreciated. TIA

The "E-mail" command is missing or is unavailable in Excel 2007, in
PowerPoint 2007, or in Word 2007
