Word 2007 - Drawing Toolbar

Can anyone help me.....I understand the drawing toolbar is an add on for Word
2007 - how do I find this add on, as well as, how to add this add on? Any
help would be appreciated!

The additional dialog is present when you insert a shape from the Insert
tab.
