Word 2007: Clip Art as watermark?

B

Bad Bart

Hello,

Just wondering if it's possible to use a clipart picture for a watermark in
2007 like you could in previous versions. Can it be done, or am I limited to
the text watermarks and pictures (not from the Clip Art Gallery) accessible
through the Printed Watermark dialog box? Or must I insert the Clip Art,
change it's wrapping to Behind Text and then experiment with the brightness
and contrast commands? I'm hoping there's a more streamlined way.

Many thanks in advance for any and all help.

Hi Bart,

The prior version feature is still an available feature, under
Page Layout=>Watermark=>Custom Watermark=>Picture Watermark

If it's a picture you are going to want to reuse you can, after inserting it go the document header, select the picture then use
Page Layout=>Watermark=>Save Selection to Watermark Gallery.
