Word 2003

I have upgraded to office 2003. However I am now unable to arrange documents by "date" in Word 2003 as I used to be able to in Word 2000. Can you tell me if there is a way round this other than using my mouse pointer to look at the document properties?
 
Answered in another post. Melinda, do you really think it is necessary or helpful to post the same question at least 3 times in 40 minutes?
