Word 2003 with Vista

I just bought a new computer and I already had Office 2003 at home. I
downloaded it and everything works fine except Word. It takes anywhere from
3-5 minutes for it to come up on the computer. Any suggestions? Like I
said, everything else comes up in a timely manner.
