Working Stiff

I had a quick question. I have Office 2003 and Windows Vista operating
system. When I try to insert a picture in a Word document (say a Visio
file), rather than the picture coming up, this comes up { EMBED
Visio.Drawing.11}. Is there any way to show the picture?

Thank you

You can use Alt+F9 to switch the display from field code to field contents
for embedded or linked items.
Hope this helps

Also, check in Tools, Options, View that the Field codes box is unchecked and
Drawings further down the dialog box is checked, for a permanent solution.

The Alt+F9 shortcut merely toggles the setting in the Options dialog;
checking or unchecking that box doesn't do anything different or more
"permanent."

That did help. Thanks again.
