Word 2003 track changes issue

A

Allan

Hi.
My document contains a lot of comments, I display them as balloons. I also
have to keep track of the changes I make, using the vertical lines generated
by Word. However I would like, that when I print the document only the
vertical lines are shown and none of the comments are, but this has so far
been impossible for me to do. Either I print the vertical lines and then the
balloons with comments are shown, or I just print the document (not showing
markup) and nothing is shown exept the text. I have also tried removing the
balloons feature, but the the text prints with som "shaded gray" color where
the comment is inserted. I bet there is an easy way out of this, but can you
please guide me?

Kind regards

Allan

Disable the balloons and format insertions as None and deletions as Hidden.
Only the change bars will print.

I've never actually had to do this myself, but I learn a lot from reading
posts in this and other NGs. You could do the same!
