Word 2003 - Normal.dot

L. Roper

Is there a way to copy & restore customized toolbars in Word? I have to
reimage my harddrive because of software conflicts and I don't want to have
to recreate all of my toolbars. I think they would be in the Normal.dot, but
I cannot figure out which one I need to copy as there are several on my C
drive.

Thank you for your help.

There should only be one normal.dot (per user) and that will be in the
folder indicated at tools > options > file locations > user templates.
