Word 2003 hang when insert an autotext

When I insert an autotext in Word 2003, the application hang. This is in a protected document, but sometimes Word 2003 also hang when I insert an autotext in a blanc form. This problem specialy happen with long autotext (above 200 characters), but also happen sometimes with short standard autotext (dear sir/madam).
Word 2003 runs in a Citrix network, all other users don't have this problem.

Do you recognize this problem?
Maybe the problem is in the profile of the user?
