Word 2003 - Formatting Question

T

Terri

I do a copy and paste with a name and address out at a time. It is copying
in Arial 8.5 and I want it to be in Verdana 10. Is there any way I can
format this to permanently in Verdana rather than change each name and
address separately? Word 2003, Windows XP.
Hope I am explaining myself properly - thank you

When you change from arial to verdana and want it to be a permanent
change just click the little page icon in the left corner. A pop-up
will ask are you sure or say this will affect all future documents or
something. If you really want this to be permanent just say ok.

....and if you are pasting from a different source, after pasting, click on
the Paste Smart tag and chose the Destination formatting option.

I do want this permanent but do not understand what you mean by a little
page icon - I cannot locate it.

At this juncture, every time I copy and paste, I have to use the paste smart
tag and this is rather cumbersome.

Thanks..
